I beleieve this file is still active for download.  When you go to the page, change the langauge to english ands then when you click download, a file will download which is called a downloader for the website that you are on.  You have to install that first and then download the hitachi-storage-navigator-modular-2

I am downloading the file right now to see if this will work as well.

I am still working on it right now.  The chinese server very hard to understand since they have changed the layout around from two years ago.

I'm downloading it right now but I had to use a torrent provider.
