Hi there. Apparently I cannot access it.  It says the content isn't available right now.  Either the access to the page is blocked; or the page isn't there anymore.

Customer

That is the problem. I posted on the page once daily for years before I suddenly lost access to it. I understand it is not available online, so I want a solution to recover the page. Can you help with the recovery of the page?

Have you tried this?

  • From your main profile click your profile photo in the top right of Facebook.
  • Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
  • Under Your information, click Reactivate a Page.
  • Find the Page you want to reactivate and click Reactivate.

There is no display of "Reactive a Page" under "Your information".

I paid for an upgrade to enable you have access to my computer so that you can directly solve the problem by accessing my computer.

How about you remotely accessing my computer and attend to the problem?

I can verify that you no longer have access to the page cuz it no longer exists.  If it did, it would have shown up under Your Information

No need for the session ID - I already can see that the page is no longer there, just can't access it anymore.

Nothing I can do to recover the page - you will have to start a new page.

Customer

Can I still use my Facebook URL - Facebook.com/StanleyTseke

For your page? It has to be separate.

A Facebook page may disappear for a number of reasons, including if it's been disabled for violating Facebook's Community Standards, or if it's been hacked or inactive for an extended period of time

Posted
Customer

Can it be recovered if it is hacked?

Posted

Its not hacked - it just was inactive too long.  I don't know the length of time before it is considered inactive. Bear in mind I am not Facebook Support.  I just know by experience.  It's just was inactive.

If there was a way to reactivate your page. it would have shown up in the Your Information page.

Posted
Customer

I posted a post on it daily for several years before it suddenly disappeared one day.

Okay.  Are you the only page administrator?

Posted
Customer

Can you look at my computer screen again?

I want to show you my daily posts using Buffer.com for several years before the page disappeared.

Sure.

My wife, I think, is an administrator. However, she is not active in managing the page.

Okay, I see Buffer lost access to your page.  Can you get in your wife's account to see if she can recover the page?

Posted

Nope. Not there. So your page is indeed disappeared.  Youll have to make a new one.
