One way is make your post, then copy/paste your post in a inbox message sent to that person.

Hi Folks, I'm in UK Time GMT. The person I want to be able to see my post has unfriended from my Facebook account however, I know she will be visiting it, a lot. I want her to see my posts. Emailing her is not an option in this case. There seems to be no option in face book when you make a public post to excempt people from it, like you might not want all of your friends in Facebook to see some of your posts but if someone that isn't a friend visits my profile, for them to see it. Or tghere a way to just add external (non-friends) to a post. Not thatthey would necessarily receive an alert but if they chose to visit you profile then they would see it. Hope I have made it as clear as possible?

You can't add any non-friends as post - just type their name.   If the person is not your friend, s/he wont be able to see all of your posts as normal friends do.  You can set your profile to allow followers (not need add friend) - so they can follow you so they can see your posts, but theres no definite way that cerrtain person can see your certain posts without being your friend.

And yes, theres an option that you can set it only certain people can see it, or exclude people from seeing your posts. Would you like that way.  Yes, the first way requires you be friends with that person.

I think I have worked it out. You send out a post to the audience that you are happy with seeing it. Then later make it 'Public' Howver does everyone see that you have changed the privacy setting to 'Public' EG 'Rob Barrow' has changed the setting on this post. I know you can change notification setting so maybe the combination of changing Provacy settings and Notification setting will work?
