How can I restore my magic jack to factory settings?

1. Unplug the Magic Jack device from the USB port or USB hub to your computer.
2. Turn off Majic Jack in your computer. Right-click on the Magic Jack icon and select "exit" to close the program.
3. Plug the Magic Jack device back into the USB port or USB hub which is connected to your computer.
4. Restart Magic Jack on your computer.

If this procedure does not reset your Magic Jack properly, close all computer programs, save your data and reboot your computer, leaving the Magic Jack device plugged in.
