Directed by Samsung to reactivate my HBOGo I wnet to the hbogo.com/activate website. When prompted I entered Samsung Smart TV as device. I entered Direct TV as TV provider. I entered my Email address and Direct TV password as prompted. Everything stops there. I never get a prompt to enter the activation code that appeared on my Smart TV. Everything just stops. Direct TV says that it is not their problem, Several layers of support at Samsung Cust. Svc. unable to help & I was on lold for tier two support for over 20 minutes before being disconnected at your end. No one knows, or will divilulge how to contact HBO.
