Thank you for the details. Are you able to check the Hard drive on your Unit? If yes please check the connections from your Hard drive and make sure it is properly connected to the Units board. Make sure to turn off the unit first before doing this. After properly checking the connections are firm, restart the unit and check if the Hard drive is detected this time.

How do I go about checking the hard drive and connecting it to the unit board?
The hard drive is inside the unit since this is an internal SATA HDD. It looks like this:
Do you have experience opening the unit? If you do, check the connection from the drive and the unit and make sure it is firmly attached. Please make sure if the unit is still under warranty since opening it might void out the manufacturers warranty. Please let me know what happens after checking the drive connection.
