Hello, my name is Seth. I've used "turbo tax" for the last 9 or 10 years, never a problem until now. I need a copy of my 2013 tax returns, the problem is, the laptop I used for this return, crashed. I can pull up the return but can't print it because the adobie reader won't work because of the crash.
Is there anything you can do to help me? Is it possible to retrieve these forms?

Here's what I have tried so far:
Tried to print tax returns, adobie reader not working due to computer problems. I'm on a new computer now.
