I have in my K1 box 17 other information, code V, description "Medical insurance premiums for more than 2% shareholders, Amount 12,619. my accountant tells me to show on line 29 of 1040 under self employed health insurance deduction. but turbo tax is not showing anything on that line???

Check to see if the I personally paid health insurance .... has been checked (3rd one down)
That usually takes care of the problem.
