i clicked on a blog, i think searching for clothes and all of a sudden a banner advertisement appeared on the line on top of my email. i cannot get rid of it. i deleted one of these terrible emails i received trying to mark it as spam and all my emails disappeared . i had two from the state regarding my nursing license and one with a verification of my ceu's along with all my emails for the last few week. i cannot retrieve any of those emails, i can't get rid of the banner of ads, sometimes when i wanted to mark something as spam the spam button appeared with a circle and a line slashed through it. i have tried and tried to reach someone to help me to no avail. 1. i need my emails retrieved 2. i need whatever and how i was hacked/virus can be taken care of 3.i need my password changed until i go to another service for my emails. my help numbers 47960930 and some is probably reading this and this is adding more of my information to them. 4. i have yahoo email on the NOOk, will that also have the virus/hack and compromise all my books and information on my nook. thank you
