I have a problem moving "my portfolio" from aol to yahoo finance. aol says it has moved contents to yahoo. yet, I do not see contents on...

Here's the procedure to migrate AOL porfolio to Yahoo Portfolio.

Download your portfolio data

Migrate your portfolio to Yahoo Portfolios

login to your AOL portfolio account and you will see a button there says Migrate my datato yahoo. 

Dear Richard, It was a pleasure helping you with your Yahoo issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx trying to migrate aol porfolio to yahoo finance
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. we downloaded his aol portfolio into csv file and migrated the file to yahoo finance. portfolio is now showing in yahoo finance. Answer accepted.

NOTES: 

-called cx and accessed his computer

-checked the yahoo porfolio and re-migrated the portfolio again.

-deleted the duplicate porfolio and tried to access individually by going to "my portfolio"

-porfolios can now be accessed individually.

I called you on your phone but no one is answering the call. If its ok with you, i can call you back tomorrow morning between 9-11am est. 

NOTES:

-contacted cx and accessed his computer. verified the the browser that he is using is an old internet explorer browser that is why he cant open the folders

-told cx to use microsoft edge. showed cx that folder can be open on microsoft edge browser

NOTES:

-contacted cx and he showed me what he is doing in accessing his portfolio

-saw that he is still using internet explorer

-told cx to use microsoft edge since some of the items will not work on internet explorer

-demonstrate to cx on how to use the microsoft edge in accessing his porfolio

-told cx to email yahoo finance via f**t@oath.com since some of the items on his porfolio in yahoo are not shwoing compated to aol dashboard porfolio

-cx will contact yahoo finance.
