When I create dynamic tooltips for various fields in a complex HTML form the tips appear and are populated correctly with one major hassle. The tips appear BEHIND ComboBoxes on the form (<SELECT>)but in FRONT of all other elements (TEXT BOXES, IMAGES, BUTTONS, etc.) Is there a way to overcome this behavior? Using IE 5.+ in a controlled intranet so NN is not an issue.
