i work for a tech support consulting company that deals with a wide variety of technical issues. For network communications, we use Lotus Notes. Recently a client called and complained that whenever a cohort sent him an email, it would have a "wrong" reply-to address. I would like to know how to correct this issue? Thank you. Imran Khan.

What email program is the person sending the email using?

I replied to your last message. I wanted to add that in any case their should be a place in their emai program that allows you to specify what the return email address is to be unless they are using server-based product such as Microsoft Exchange Server - which you must specify the default return address at the server.
