I just moved and changed my Internet Provider to Spectrum (Sarasota, FL.) They installed a new wifi system (new house)- I cannot log on to anything. The WIFI SSID: my spectrum wifib8-2G just makes the wheel spin endlessly with no access to the Internet _ Help please.

Hi Frank,

Tried calling your number but there were no answer.

Try rebooting the ipad by holding the power button and choose slide to power off.

Then turn the ipad back on and try reconnecting.

iPad cannot connect to the Wifi

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted customer in resetting network settings.

Advised to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings

Assisted in reconnecting to the Wifi
