Dear Paula, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

No Picture on TV

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and assisted in restarting both the TV box and the TV by unplugging the power cable.

LEt it unplugged for 5 mins.

Plugged the Tv back in and tested OK

Issue resolved
