I am having trouble with my cell phone, primarily with the bluetooth as the phone does not ring inside the car, it only vibrates. I had Lexus check out the system in the car and everything is ok there and I went to AT&T and they said all of their setups are in order.What do I do

When the phone vibrates inside the car when someone is calling, can you answer the phone and talk to the person on the other line?
To further test the issue,have you tried other iphone and connect it to your car using bluetooth and see if you will get same result?
