Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in resetting the iphone but the computer is loading very solw and cannot proceed with the reset

Will call customer again tomorrow for another session.

Dear Paul, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

iPhone is disabled / Forgot Passcode

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Computer is having trouble completing the restore because of internet connection problem.

Advised customer that it would be best to bring the phone to an Apple store or try to have another computer with itunes for restore.

Advised customer that the phone just needs a complete restore to get rid of the passcode

Customer opted to bring it to an apple store for restore
