Assisted customer in resetting the iphone but the computer is loading very solw and cannot proceed with the reset

Advised customer that it would be best to bring the phone to an Apple store or try to have another computer with itunes for restore.
Advised customer that the phone just needs a complete restore to get rid of the passcode
Customer opted to bring it to an apple store for restore
