Error F1099r 50202 employer id numbers don't match cause i left out the dash; i have corrected and submitted correction 5 times it transmits succesfully, but gets rejected with the original errors. its too late to get an extension and anyway i cant find the federal taxes tab to give it a final try. can you suggest any solution?

Here's what I have tried so far:
as i said i did correct each of the eids, it looked good when sent, but apparently not when rcvd by irs

Here's my brand/make/model:
TurboTax Premier 2014
