Onkyo LS-T10 is "dead". Does not respond to on-off button. Power cable connected to surge protector which is on and operating other electronics.

Here's what I have tried so far:
Checked that power cable is properly connected to sound bar and surge protector. Looked for, but could not find, a "reset" button.

Here's my brand/make/model:

Hi William,

Please follow the procedure to reset the unit.

  1. Unplug the power adapter from the power surge protector
  2. Press and hold down the power button for 20 secs.
  3. Plug in the power adapter to the power surge or plug it directly to the wall
  4. Test the issue again
