Here's my advice Stephen

The car will not start right? The problem can be the crankshaft position sensor. If the CKP is faulty it will not send signal to the car's computer that's why it will not start. Regarding the alarm tripping, the alarm may need replacement but must be checked physically first by an auto electrician. I am suspecting a faulty BCM itself. The BCM controls all of the electrical function inside the car and it can be faulty that's why the horn is tripping and the dash shows an open door even when it's closed.

It's not that easy to access Stephen but if you have a know how on engine trouble shooting that shouldn't be a problem

The ckp sensor will cost at around $18 to $22
