How are you doing? Cleaning the throttle body can resolve the issue. If it's dirty, it affects the air and fuel mixture of the vehicle that can cause misfire. May I ask when was the last time you replaced the spark plugs? The spark plugs can be weak that's why it's not burning the fuel when you hit the throttle. You can be good after you clean the throttle body and replaced the spark plugs.

If cleaning the throttle body and replacing the spark plugs doesn't resolve the issue then I suggest that you have the coil packs checked if it's giving enough current to burn the fuel. Having the engine scanned for trouble codes can help too so that you will know if there's any sensor failing that's causing the misfire.
