These are not Lobbying expenses. Client is a self employed Lobbyist whose permanent home is in Mississippi but has to spend 150-200 days
per year in Washington performing his lobbying duties for the lobbying firm he is under contract and is paid non employee compensation.
He was told by someone that there was an IRS rule that a person who worked with congress in this capacity could deduct per diem meals
and other expenses as work away from home expenses.
