Yes so I recently got hacked last month so I added two step autortzion and randomly today it asked me to verify a code at 3 one I recurved the code I put it in and all day from then I have not been able to get in bc it keeps sending the same codes and there not working , I don’t think I’m hacked but there’s a issue and I can’t get in . And I do keep reviving codes but it’s not working .

NOTES:

-called cx and we tried to retrieve her instagram account

-code sent to her email didnt work although it is the latest code that we got

-we were able to send a code to her cellphone but it didnt work as well

-cx attempted to retrieve the code several times today

-told cx to wait for 24 hours to refresh the system and try it again

-cx will not be avaialble tomorrow and she will try it on saturday 5:30pm

Dear Adele, It was a pleasure helping you with your Instagram issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx account was lockedup and needs to be identified by getting a code
Solution Implemented : called cx and we tried to retrieve her instagram account. code sent to her email didnt work although it is the latest code that we got. we were able to send a code to her cellphone but it didnt work as well. cx attempted to retrieve the code several times today. told cx to wait for 24 hours to refresh the system and try it again. cx will not be avaialble tomorrow and she will try it on saturday 5:30pm. called back cx and attempted to retrieve the account again. we got a new code this time and we were now able to restore the instagram again. instagram is now working on her phone. problem solved.
