Hi,

Thank you for choosing ExpertHelp LLC. Please try the following steps provided below.

  1. Firs unplug the device first for 1 minute.
  2. Plug the device back then power it on.
  3. Then Touch and hold the CONTROL LOCK keypad for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep.

ONE TONE : Valid pad press, Slider is moved to “0” power level, Slider is moved to “Boost” power level, Boiling is reached.

TWO TONE: Invalid pad press.

THREE TONE: End of Timer cycle

I did all these steps before contacting you but cooktop still remained locked. After your reply, I tried your suggestion again but the situation remained unchanged.

Your recommendation is appreciated but is nothing new from what I have done already. Let me know asap.

thanks for trying but no use. You're not providing me with any real solution other than what I have already tried and the operating manual has suggested. Still the cooktop remained locked.

The provided steps to you are the steps to resolve your issue. If its not working it means to say the top sensor is needs to be replace. The solutions provided will not work if there is a parts need to be replace. Replace the broken parts. Thank you.
