I cannot open Aol or connect to the internet on my Ipad and android phone, even though I can HElp! I have had this recurring problem for several days. Yesterday I message you about it and the problem was corrected in a couple of minutes. but today the same message tells me EEk I am not connected to the internet but I am. My wireless modem is working just fine.,

Here's what I have tried so far:
Unplugged the wireless modem and rebooted it. I cleared the history, etc.

Here's my brand/make/model:
Ipad / and samsung tracfone smart phone/ my Toshiba laptop works just fine
