I was requested by Face book to change my personal profile to a page, I did not want to do this but did regretfully, upon converting, when I got to changing it for security, I was asked to re-enter in the password and then click Convert profile and it wouldn't work. Screen tells me there was an error creating your page, and password is incorrect. I now have no personal profile or page on Face book. Please correct immediately and somehow send a notification to my Face book account. let me know what is going on again I prefer to keep a personal profile as opposed to a page. Please at least reactivate my profile back up and running! I did not request to change to a page I was forced to and now I have no account at all nor a go fund me page as it is attach and our followers are clueless . It has been days and there is no way to contact face book since I have no password contact and there is no # or way to help # or contact for face book ! Please note my acct is inactive or temporally down! upon the request from face book to convert from profile to page, upon the the covert process against my wanting to, it wont recognize my password, which is correct, and is now inactive and I now have no site!!!. Even my go fund me page is inactive, please email me at this address ASAP n**h@aol.com . convert I will choose community and organization, then non profit organization, , next I will choose make all public and move all all should be checked, the next screen is where the error occurs when I enter my pass word again end select convert. It sticks there even if I re new a password an login back in with it assuring that it is correct. if my problem is not resolved i expect to be refunded as it has not been to date. The pass word is not the problem reset is not. loging, not disables. account is not any of these.all normal fbs normal suggestions do not apply to this situation any of the help desk suggestions can not apply either. therr s its telling me is there was an error converting which must be coming from within fbs organization and the passwords don't match. which is stemming form the first error because they definetely match im logging it to get to that screen. The log in screen says page is unavailable

phone notes:

• called customer
• tried to remote access computer
• customer unable to do so/computer not allowing
• Facebook is telling her to convert page into a business page or organization page
• tried doing this from my end
• when you go to click convert, Facebook will not take her password
• password is working because I logged in with it before even trying troubleshooting steps
• Advised customer i was opting out and would try to get her to a higher level expert as soon as possible
