Can we try to use a computer if you have one to post the ad?

Posted
Customer

On a phone. I actually figured out how to delete the person who was a former employee now it is saying I need to ad myself as an admin

Is this from Facebook or Instgram?

Posted
Customer

To be specific. When I am on Instagram and I try to boost the post this is the message I am getting...No permission. You can't creat an ad because the Facebook user Marco Hyder (that's me) isn't an admin of the page redcrownedirezumi. (that's it insta and facebook page) Please ask the Page admin to add you as an admin.

Can you try to run the ad from the computer rather than your phone to see if it works?

Posted
Customer

I think I broke through finally. I needed two factor identification on the instagram side of things. It seems to be letting me in now.
