Have strong wi fi signal - slow going to website - often cannot click on link - either does not go to link or goes to wrong link - if do get to link, cannot scroll - sometimes says "reloading site" - often get strange display of several small web pages on screen

Here's what I have tried so far:
reset wi fi connection - used other persons wi fi connection with same results

Here's my brand/make/model:
ipad - 3-4 years old with latest os update
