Dear Fawn , It was a pleasure helping you with your Ipad issue today.

Here is a summary of the thingh we did.
Issue identified :  Forgot passcode  /ipad disabled  
Solution Implemented :  Assist in resetting the Ipad able to update and restore but email address registsred is different  from what Fawn has for her daughters ipad mini. Cust will try  to check the Ipad mini and ask his daughter's fiance. Provide instructions on what to do next and save it in her computer once she finds the email. Set expectation to customer that if email will no be found Ipad cant be activated. cust agreed and satisfied with assistance and understands the consequence of not finding the email address the ipad cant be given to her grand daughter
