My Whirlpool duet front loader washer is holding water in the grey rubber door seal. It is actually FULL of water after I run the cycle, run an extra spin cycle, and empty the clothes. It is only 1 year old and not my first front loader. But definitely the first one with this issue.

Here's what I have tried so far: Just running extra spin cycles.

Here's my brand/make/model: Whirlpool duet front loading washer

Have you tried cleaning the rubber door seal  Use a rag or towel to clean the rubber door gasket on a front-loading washer with either hot soapy water or a spritz of mildew cleaner. Make sure to wipe underneath and around it as well.  Also, make sure to remove blockage to drain pump filter

I was actually discovering and removing dog hair from those four holes when you responded. (I got curious and decided to start looking..)..  I'm running the oxy clean cycle now.

How do you clean the drains on these?? I have three dogs. I wash blankets/sheets/etc.. that have lots of dog hair on them no matter how much I shake them before washing them. I'm sure the main drain tube/s are probably going to need to be cleaned off one day soon...
