On the App Store, when I attempt updates , I get an alert that "Your Apple ID has been disabled." What do I do update my apps?

-called cx and helped him reset the appleid password rot unlock the apple id

-done resetting the password but the apple id says it is locked when hi tries toupdate and download an app.

-advised cx to contact apple 2nd level support
