Honestly my password disappeared about 3 weeks ago and I have tried numerous times to get my account with new passwords and get the answer we will check to see is your password is ok and let you know.  Or I get a multitude numbers of 6-number code to try to get in that way.  Doesn't work - ever.  I write passwords on a piece of paper so I don't forget them.  Sure would like some help.  Marlene

Ferdinand Facebook Expert took over my computer last Sunday, March 19 as I hadn't been able to log in....was locked out.  Ferdinand told me it could take time to check this out and that he would call me late this morning.  But didn't get a call.  Maybe Ferdinand is ill today, but could someone check what he has done with my account and can I use it with a new login.  Someone, let me know please.  Marlene Magill ***-***-****

I have been trying since late morning to get in touch with Ferdinine Expert to call me back before noon today to let me know if he was able to get my fastbook to open.  He said a week ago he would call me back this morning and I haven't heard anything.  Makes me sad. - Facebook always says that they reeived the photo we sent but no response for almost a week and try resending and still no response.

Opting out:

Facebook is asking for ID verification,

Sent ID but no response from Facebook

Tried sending the ID twice but still no reponse from Facebook to have the ID validated.

"When customer logs in either it ask fro an ID or it will say that the ID is being reviewed.
