I have an Epson WF-7620 Model 441C Serial No S9TY035580 The letter size paper is forever jamming from the top tray. how do I fix this

When you install the paper for input.

Be sure to adjust the Paper guides 

When the jam happen was the paper getting in the Printer or it is already sending them out as output or somwhere in between?

Where does the paper gets stuck, In the duplexer or inside the printer?

Are the paper coming from the front feed or the rear feed?

You are feeding the rear tray just one paper at a time right?

How often does the jam occur?

Every print?

I would say try cleaning all the rollers in the insde of the printer also if the paper tray have rollers in it. Cleaning with dry paper towel.

Also Make sure that the paper guide is perfectly aligned with the paper size.

One more factor is the paper in use. try changing brands or type and See how it goes.

Since it is random you may need time to observe its behavior after those steps.
