When the jam happen was the paper getting in the Printer or it is already sending them out as output or somwhere in between?

Customer

Where does the paper gets stuck, In the duplexer or inside the printer?

inside printer  Have to lift top and alway remove 2 wrinkled sheets.  not ever torn.

Are the paper coming from the front feed or the rear feed?

rear feed.  coming up in the slot in the middle of the machine

You are feeding the rear tray just one paper at a time right?

Posted
Customer

I must have misunderstood, I never use the rear feed at all.  This problem comes from the installed paper trays

How often does the jam occur?

I would say try cleaning all the rollers in the insde of the printer also if the paper tray have rollers in it. Cleaning with dry paper towel.

Also Make sure that the paper guide is perfectly aligned with the paper size.

One more factor is the paper in use. try changing brands or type and See how it goes.

Since it is random you may need time to observe its behavior after those steps.
