IMAC 4years old. Downloaded the new program (about 2hrs). Told to restart and got a white screen with two icons it the upper right corner( Mac drive and Seagate backup drive) told to run one of these, I used MAC drive. I now have a white screen and only the arrow from the mouse is on the screen and can be moved. Tried to start with original disk. no luck. Tried unplug, wait, and plugin. No luck. This is from a PC. s**8@roadrunner.com Van Wert OH 45891
