On the Windows desktop screen can you look for the Boot Camp Control Panel. It is usually located on your system tray. Once you found it please select Macintosh HD to restart the computer using your OSX

Here's what it looks like: If you cant find it go to Control Panel of your Windows 10 OS

Then once it is open Select Macintosh HD then select Restart.

I got the current windows control panel but it is not similar to your picture, much less information and boot camp is not mentioned

Can you try it again. Open Internet Explorer. Type www.fastsupport.com then it will ask you for your name and support key. The support key that you will use is 166646495

If that doesnt work try this link > https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe Run it and it will give you an ID and password. Provide it to me so I can connect to the computer.
