Is it not detected? May i know what version of magic mouse do you have? Is it the old one that has  removble battery door?

my magic mouse is fairly new (? three years) and has a rechargable battery.  I can see no way to remove it.

Right, from abour six months ago it intermittently failed, this got worse with almost complete failure in late December. It occasionaly springs to life for a shprt time.  I am using a very old Logitech mouse.

Issue identified : Magic mouse not working |intermittently dropping connection
Solution Implemented : call| remote | clear BT devices | pair the magic mouse| working OK | explain how to isolate the issue| customer has 2 mac computers | recommend to rest the other mouse and see if it will disconnect to isolate if its a magic mouse problem or the bt module| accepted answer
