having a few problems (slowness, beach ball spinning, temperamental connecting to wifi) since downloading navajo update but now the system wont finish downloading a macOS 10.14.1 update. It gets to 806.5mb of 3.33 GB update with a message "the request timed out- an error occured whilst installing the selcted updates"

yes it seems so, I haven't had any problems up until the last maor update.

Issue identified : Mac Running slow after updating to Mojave


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / We checked the computer and it shows that there are lots of running programs on the background / Assisted the customer to close or stop the applications / assisted the customer to clear the cache of the computer (Finder > Go > /Library/Cache > Delete the files) / mac is now running smoothly / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
