The application Gallery (process com.cooliris.media) has stopped unexpectedly

Thank you for your question. To resolve the issue please follow these steps:

1. Connect your phone to your PC using USB connection
2. When connected, tap Connect your phone (on your phone)
3. On your PC, go to Computer > your SD card's drive (Removable Disk) > Android > Data > delete com.cooliris.media folder
4. Disconnect phone from your PC

After that try to access gallery. It should create a new com.cooliris.media folder. Please let me know if the problem is solved or if you have any other questions.
