I’m Larry Williams. I help people work through everyday computer and technology problems with clear, patient guidance through written chat. My focus is Windows setup and settings, Wi-Fi and home-network connections, printer setup, device pairing, and common software or connectivity issues within my knowledge and experience. I break problems into manageable steps and explain what we’re checking and why, so you can understand the solution rather than simply follow instructions. I take care around personal information and files, and I’ll identify when a problem requires specialized data recovery, replacement hardware, or hands-on service.
