I have hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, hardware, software, and common technical issues, as well as supporting classroom technology and diagnosing PC performance problems. I also work with OBS Studio and streaming tools like StreamElements, and I enjoy helping people solve technical problems through clear, step-by-step guidance.
