The error log page does not record anything. Type RECV with date,etc. Status is E-713 ----10-0. I called the person who faxed me thinking he put the paper in upside down but I think it would have printed a clean sheet of paper. My phone number is 1- ***-***-**** My fax i 1- ***-***-**** . maybe if you try that to see if it works.

I think that's why your not receiving the fax. And I try to call the other number as well what I get is a busy tone. Make sure your fax machine is properly set up.

Where is the phone connection? On back just to phone jack? Or is it connected to internet box. Hope this is it. Thanks Helen

Hi,

Please check the picture below.

This normally causing the problem. Check if the line is properly connected and there is no static on the line. Try to power off the device and unplug it and plug it back again after 1 minute. Then advise the sender to fax it again.
