• called customer
• tried to reset msn email account
• msn said we have to wait 24 hours because customer tried to many times to recover account
• tried to recover yahoo email account
• recovery email address is the msn email address/again have to wait 24 hours
• customer had a Samsung tablet that we tried to change language from Thailand to USA English language/unable to do so because customer can't read the Thailand language
• customer said let's wait the 24 hours that msn stated and ask me to call back tomorrow afternoon
