ok ..I received a stop code around 12/22/2017. I believe the info said memory mgmt. but not for sure. I cant get any incoming emails in my INBOX...

Where did you saw the error message?

Is that a windows error message? Cab i connect to your computer so that i can clearly see what is going on?

Dear Donna, It was a pleasure helping you with your Hotmail issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant received emails but can send emails
Solution Implemented : chat and accessed cx computer. Checked the email account settings and found out that all mails are forwarded to another email. cx dont have idea about the email address where it was fowarded. cancelled the email forwarding and cx is now receiving emails. We also changed her hotmail password as per cx request. Problem solved.
