Hello PH PRING

How are you doing? As a first course of action, please try to remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for 5 minutes before reconnecting it. Sometimes it just needs a reset to resolve the issue. I'll be standing by for your response.

Thank you

Your advice to disconnect the positive battery lead did not work, unfortunately.   Is there a control hub somewhere which might need replacing ?

Hello P H PRING

Thank you for your response. If that's the case then the BCM itself can be faulty. You will need an experienced auto electrician to check the wires and the BCM. In automotive electronics, body control module is a generic term for an electronic control unit responsible for monitoring and controlling various electronic accessories in a vehicle's body. Typically in a car the BCM controls the power windows, power mirrors, air conditioning, immobilizer system, central locking, etc.

I'll be awaiting for your response and please let me know if there's anything else I can add or help you with.

Thank you
