  • Call customer. 
  • Check the correct apple id associated on the iPad. 
  • Try to reset the password but the date of birth is incorrect.
  • Customer no longer access to the email address.
  • Provide the number for apple id.
  • Customer will call the number and will advise us once she have the link and will assit her how to reset the password once she have the link.
  • Will wait for customer response.
