By mistake I turned the talk mode on now I cant turn it off I cant even unlock my phone now to get into it

Swipe the screen using 2 fingers in order for you to answer the call. Do you have an alternate phone number?

Ok so let us use this chat window. In order for you to unlock the phone. Please double tap the Lock icon. Let me know when you were able to unlock the phone

How do you usually unlock your phone? By tapping the lock symbol or swiping your screen?

By tapping the lock symbol right?

Can you tap the screen 2x or 3x as fast as you can and check if it will be unlocked?

Please hold down the screen with one finger until you see the green border/rectangle then hold it again using 2 fingers. Check if you will be able to unlock it

Ok now press the Application button (Circle with 6 dots) so that the green square will appear. Then double tap it. 

1. Then, touch the "Settings" symbol once, then double-tap it to open it up.
2. Use two fingers to scroll down to "Accessibility" and press it once, then double-tap to open.
3. Then, press once on "TalkBack" and double-tap it.
4. And once on the "On/Off" switch, and double-tap.
5. Then do the same for "OK" and you should be good to go.

Please make sure to use 2 fingers to swipe/slide the screen.

Tap the Apps first so that it will be inside the green square. Then once it is inside the green square double tap it.

The Apps icon is it inside the green square?

Try it again. Unlock it. Then tap the Apps icon. Once it is inside the green square double tap it as fast as you can

Tap apps then double tap it as fast as you can

If it keeps on saying Apps then youre tapping it slow. You need to tap it fast.

Again. Youre not tapping it correctly. Tap it fast so it will open the Apps page. Make sure that the Apps icon is inside the green square before you tap it 2x

You tap it with your finger twice

Tap it once then tap it again. That's how you tap it twice. Do it as fast as you can

Youre not doing it correctly if it wont open. Can I have you email address so I can send you the video?
