I know rand function in php but what is mt_rand?
mt_rand() - Generate a better random value.
the function defination is:
int mt_rand ( void )
int mt_rand ( int $min , int $max )
you can use any one of them
example:
echo mt_rand() . "\n"; // output: ***-***-****
echo mt_rand(5, 15); //output: 6
