Did you entered invalid passcodes several times that is why the phone went to disabled?

i must have sent invalid passcodes different times but i went onto apples website and updated my user i.d. and password . the response i got was they would send me a new code on the i phone but it keeps saying it's disabled. what do i do?

The phone is already disabled and the only way to fix it is to restore it using a computer. I can help you restore the phone. Do you have a working computer?
