Our Linkedin account is connected to our email address or phone number when we created the account. The only way that it will be wiped out is by deleting the account manually.
May I know the email address and the phone number that you used whe you created your linkedin account?

I didn't have a box at the top buy now I do. My email was t**c@aol.com and I believe the phone number was ***-***-****

I checked your Aol email and found out that it is connected to linkedin account. I sent you an email to perform a password reset to your linkedin account. Check your email and follow the instruction there.

Issue identified : cx said that her linkedin has been wiped out
Solution Implemented : called cx and checked the issue. found linkedin accoutn under her aol email. we retrive it and the account has an empty profile. we dig deeper and found another account connected to her old work email. tld cx that account is not retriavable since the old email is not working anymore. helped cx submit a report by verifying her identity. cx dont ha a scanner to scan her id. cx said that she will scan her id first and submit it. cx dont have further questions. answer accepted,
