Dear Mengesha, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple (iPhone) issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Activation lock

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / No device to remote in to

Customer said He bought the phone on a Sunday market but when he turned it on it has Activation lock.

Advised customer to bring it back to where he bought it because the original owner has not removed his account from the phone.

Bringing it to apple will not help because He is not the real owner or even have the original receipt of the phone.

Customer agreed and will bring it back where it was bought.

Customer asked for the remote and phone to be refunded
