Hello! Could it possibly be a reverse sneeze? Check out this video and see if it sounds/looks the same as what she is doing. A reverse sneeze is normal, and can sometimes be brought on by excitement or allergies. If it happens very frequently, you can try using Benadryl. I would give your vet a call so they can give you an exact dose for her weight and so they can document it in her chart as well.
